To avoid misunderstandings, please note:  1) This is pre-owned stock acquired at auction.  We don't know how long it was in possession of the original owner.  2) All accessories, if any, are in the photo(s) - if it is not in the photo, it is not included in your purchase (please inspect the photo to avoid disappointment!).  3) We rely on visual inspection - we are unable to test these items and don't use them ourselves  (if the item doesn't work on arrival we will provide a full refund).  4) Items have been handled so are not pristine - most exhibit fingerprints, dented dusty boxes, etc. (superficial only - will not interfere with function).

Postage:  We charge postage at cost.  We will combine postage where possible.  We will use buyer-provided courier accounts for purchases over Aus$ 200 (DHL or TNT); below $200 a $20 fee applies (because we have to drive to the depot).   Buyer is responsible for all import fees, customs duties, and local handling charges, if any.  Claims for non-delivery will be processed 30 days after shipment date - to allow packages to clear customs (the most likely source of delay).  Refused delivery is at buyer's risk - not eligible for refund / is not grounds for non-delivery.
