A one part moisture curing polyurethane adhesive/sealant for the construction and transport industries. PU18 produces tough, elastic seals and joints with excellent adhesion characteristics. PU18 is also oil resistant making it ideal for the engineering industry.

Uses

Bond It PU18 can be used for sealing and bonding in engineering, construction, automotive and marine applications. It is ideal for use on:

• concrete
• wood
• metals
• GRP
• glass
• rubbers
• most common building materials.

Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease, oil or any other contaminants that may hinder adhesion.

Application

Cut away the seal at the base of the cartridge, and puncture seal at the base of the nozzle screw. Apply using a standard sealant gun. When bonding bring two components together before the product skins. When using as a sealant tool with detergent solution within 10 minutes.

PU18 is over paintable with water based paints, however, tests should be carried out with solvent based paints to determine suitability.

Colour

PU18 is available in 3 colours, white, grey and black.

Shelf Life

12 months from date of manufacture.

Storage Conditions

Store in dry ventilated conditions at a maximum temperature of 30°. Store away from heat.

Please advise of a return requests in writing via email, messaging or returns system via EBay within 7 working days after the goods have been delivered, (notification by phone is not acceptable). The goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your item. The return postage is refundable. Please ensure they are returned in re-saleable condition and with all original packaging and protective bags, however small. Once we have received the goods back a full refund will be issued through Paypal.
