Item:192798337685BARN COTTAGE - Ceredigion, West Wales, holiday cottage situated on a non-working small-holding home to various rescue animals to include goats, donkeys, horses, pigs, guinea pigs, parrots, cockatoos, hens (no cock-a-doo in the mornings) - 1 Double Bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen & shower room, double glazed and heated, outdoor seating area fully enclosed, short walk to fully enclosed doggy paddock, NO SEA VIEWS - closest beach is 9 miles away at Llangranogg but we are within easy access to various beaches between Cardigan 14 miles & New Quay 12 miles - nothing posh but clean and tidy and a great base for dog walkers/animal lovers - no evening entertainment unless you are asked to help with escaped animals - a rare event nowadays, no bingo nights and external lights out at 10pm so the piggies go to sleep - not suitable for disabled as the planners would not allow the cottage to be on one even level how we have had guests with limited walking ability - the Barn Cottage was originally the old school for various villages back in 1836 and had to remain as it was originally designed ie 3 steps into seating area, ( small step over double glazed patio door), 1 step to kitchen area and 1 step to shower room - all bed linen and towels supplied (purchased from Tesco - basic but adequate), £325.00 pw fully inclusive - dogs free of charge (any number of dogs, any size and any breed accepted).
