You would be buying a ONE WEEK share in an established property which was set up over 20 years ago. The Manoir is owned and managed by a UK registered company with private shareholders. This is known as fractional ownership and you co-own the property asset.

There are annual fees which are agreed and set at an AGM of shareholders. At £960 for 2024, the costs are considerably less than the rental of a holiday home of a similar size and quality. The fees are already paid for 2024 and cover all utilities, housekeeping, property and garden maintenance; there are no hidden extras.

The Manoir is situated in the countryside not far from the well-known village of Saint Mere Eglise. It is very convenient for the port of Cherbourg (around 40mins drive), as well as the coastline, Normandy beaches, Bayeux, Mont t Michel, etc.

The Manoir is set in 5 acres of grounds including a tennis court, a boules pitch and a large barn housing table tennis and bikes. There is outside furniture and barbecues to enjoy in the fine weather.

The Manoir itself is a substantial stone building full of traditional French charm and character, including exposed stone walls and huge fireplaces and a turret with spiral steps leading up to the 5 large bedrooms.

The ground floor consists of a well-equipped farmhouse-type kitchen, a large sitting room with an open fireplace, a study and a bathroom. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, and finally a family suite of 2 loft bedrooms sharing a bathroom at the top of the turret.
