Precise Readings  - Our digital food thermometer ranges from -58°F to 572°F (-50°C to 300°C) in both Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F)—accurate within 1 degree. To switch, open the battery cover, remove the battery, and pull the switch. Battery included.

Foldable Meat Probe  - This instant read thermometer has a probe for checking the temperature of the meat (opening angle: 0-120°). To review its accuracy, immerse the probe of this probe thermometer in ice water until you get the reading 32°F/0°C.

Returns

We know that occasionally you may want to return an item so below are instructions on how to do so.

 

GENERAL

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement*.

 

REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

Products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with seals intact where appropriate. 

Please note,  we will  not accept a return  for a refund or replacement if the item has been used or is not returned to us in its original condition.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

When returning the goods please include your name, eBay User ID (very important!), address and order number, stating on the invoice or a note detailing the reason for return and your preference of a refund or replacement.

 

Please always initiate the return through your purchase history in your "my eBay" area. If you are looking to exchange for another size, then please contact us via eBay messages and do not start the return process as this complicates the exchange. We will then advise you how next to proceed.

 

RETURN POSTAGE

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage cost. However, if upon receipt an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty (excluding packaging) please do not worry. Contact our Customer Service department via eBay messaging and we will do our upmost to resolve any issues.

 

We recommend you to obtain a receipt from the post office when returning an item as the parcel may get lost in transit, the receipt will then be used as proof of postage. If you do not have proof of postage and the parcel does go missing in transit, unfortunately this is not our responsibility and we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

 

All returned goods will be refunded or exchanged, providing they have not been used or damaged (excluding packaging), within 2 working days of receiving the return. If it is not clearly stated whether a refund or replacement is preferred, a refund will automatically be issued.

* If you would like a replacement for your product we will send this by return. If no stock is available, we will refund you returned items via your original method of payment.

Delivery

Same day dispatch on all items purchased by 12pm, otherwise, the items will be dispatched on the next working day.

We use a 48H delivery service as standard. Next Day delivery available at extra cost.
