• Broken bulbs need not be returned. We simply require photos of said broken bulb upon which we will issue a replacement. Once replacement as has arrived, please send us an image of both bulbs together so we know the replacement bulb has arrived without any defects.
• Before opening an eBay returns case, please contact our customer service team so we can fast track your enquiry.
• In the case of broken products or missing parts of products, we require a photo as evidence within 7 days of purchase. Without photographic evidence, we cannot process your claim.
