We use a variety of mail and shipping services and although we might not always use the service listed on the item description, our aim is to ensure that your order reaches you within the time quoted on your eBay order details.

Normally the price you see is the price you pay and includes our standard delivery service for most UK postcodes.  Where we incurr additional charges for shipping to other UK postcodes (eg. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other non-mainland postcodes) eBay will automatically add this as a fixed cost per item.  Please get in touch via the eBay messaging system if you have any query on these.

If you place multiple orders, we may combine these into a single invoice and delivery. Most orders will require a signature on delivery

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

In accordance with distance selling regulations, if you change your mind on an item, we offer a no-quibble 14 day money back guarantee for the full purchase price for any item that is returned to us in it's  unused  and  original,  resellable  condition. You can initiate the eBay Managed Returns Process by selecting the 'return this item' option from your Purchase History under My eBay.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or you feel it is not as described, please notify us as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days of receipt by e-mail through the eBay message system. We will then advise the next steps which may include sending us a picture of the item and/or returning the item back to us through the eBay Managed Returns Process.

We can't always be right next to the phone as a lot of our time is spent picking, packing and shipping orders or doing one of the many other things it takes to run an e-commerce business, therefore, we deal with  all  queries via the eBay messaging system as this allows us time to properly research your query and provide the best answer possible whilst still maintaining an efficient service for all other customers.  We are a small family business and try hard to respond to issues or queries as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Monday to Friday 10:00 to 16:00.

Like many other people though, we do have days off and we don’t operate over the weekend or on UK public holidays.
