Beautiful piece of silk from a Vintage Japanese Kimono. This is a piece of vintage silk from a Japanese Kimono with an unusual geometric "Japanese Traditional Houses" design on a pale cream base. The silk is of a light-medium weight, in great condition with a few faint marks and some creases from age, storage and wear. It has some noticable brown marking (see detail photos) and staining in places. I have not ironed this piece. Measurement: Approximately 13.5ins wide by 62ins long You could use it for many art and interior design projects,add details to clothes, hat, table decorations and runners, wall hangings, bags, centerpieces of patchwork, cushions or any other craft or quilting project. I have tried to describe and photograph all noticeable stains, damage and wear and tear but as this is antique, vintage silk from worn kimono there maybe some minor dirt, marks, material flaws, sewing or colour faults which I have missed and are not in the description.
