Located at Ladram Bay, Otterton, Devon. Super Caprice 2006 2 bedroom holiday home located in the sought after Peak View area of Ladram Bay Holiday Park.

The holiday home has sea views from the open plan living room and a convenient patio area with BBQ, table and chairs for outdoor dining.

We allow pets and do not charge extra.

Inside there is an open plan kitchen dining area extending into the living area where there are two leather sofas (one sofa has a fold out double bed). The holiday home has a good size flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and stereo.

There are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin. In addition there is a main bathroom with walk in shower.

This is a well designed holiday home with a modern open plan style with a beautiful position, whilst being convenient for all the facilities Ladram Bay has to offer.

There is space for vehicles to park next to the holiday home.

Ladram Bay is family owned and less commercial than others but still has the facilities you need chip shop, shop, café, bar, indoor play area, restaurant, beach shop, brand new indoor pool with sauna & gym, evening entertainment and a great private beach (5 minutes walk from the van). You can walk to them all. The van is far enough away from these facilities that they won’t bother you when you are there and it is a only short walk to the sea. The village of Otterton is nearby with a pub and Mill Restaurant and Exmouth is the nearest sandy beach where there is also a large Tesco. Loads to do and good places to eat.

All entertainment is included in the price both kids and evening entertainment. The only things that are extra are swimming pool passes (£25 adult & £20 child for a week’s pass or £6.50 for an adult swim & £4.50 for a child swim – you can get these at Reception), crazy golf (adult £3.50 and child £2.50) and boat hire on the beach. Electricity and BBQ gas is included in the price but mains gas is paid for by the holiday maker (perhaps £10 for the week). There is free Wi-Fi at Pebbles Bar and single unit in van Wi-Fi is available at £20 per week from Reception. We provide duvets and pillows but you would need to bring your own bed linen.
