Landrover lightweight V8 3900cc trialler with competition approved roll cage. 4 speed gearbox. Runs beautifully on parabolic springs for a soft ride and giving excellent traction. Registered as a historic vehicle so Tax and MOT exempt. Very sweet V8. She drives and stops like a dream.
Serious folk ought to come and see her in Winchester. A very nice example ready to play. Very sound and reliable. The last MOT ran out 2 weeks ago. As of 20th May she is MOT exempt. I see no reason why she would not be MOT compliant.
This is a very genuine Landrover. I bought her last December and I had plans to convert her into a rather stylish classic 2 seater Bugatti lookalike!
She has been in a dry garage and after several months of no attention, she fired up sweetly yesterday and we had a great cruise in the sunshine.
The tyres have plenty of meat and she grips very well thanks to the suspension.
It is clear that I do not have enough time to carry out the work and nor does that chap I had hoped to use to help!
