Should you need to return your item(s), we must need to be notified within 14 days of the delivery date. If order in error the buyer pays the return postage costs. when your return is authorized will send you a returns number and details on how you can send your item back to us.

  

Items should be returned in unused condition & in the original packaging within 14 days from date of delivery, due to the nature of our products a restocking charge may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are none refundable.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any items returned without an authorized returns number. Normally All refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.
