| We offer free and fast delivery. For current delivery times, please check the estimated dates provided by eBay. Delivery is scheduled anytime between 8am - 6 pm. Please, be advised that we use 3rd party courier firm for deliveries, therefore we are not able to provide
specific time for delivery nor compensate for delays.
Please note that the courier drivers are not insured to carry items upstairs
or into a property.
Free delivery only applies to UK mainland. We can also deliver goods to to Ireland and
Scotland, but different delivery rates apply. Please, contact us for more
detailed information.
Saturday deliveries incur an extra charge of £ 30. If you would want your item to be delivered on Saturday, please send a message for
additional payment instructions.

| Payments can be processed through Paypal only. For credit cards payments
checkout with Paypal and enter your credit card details as a guest. Thanks to
PayPal Guest facility you are able to pay online with any payment card without
having an account.

| Our main objective is to make you satisfied with your purchase, therefore, we
always follow our rules of customer's satisfaction:
1. We only sell new, boxed and sealed products with 24-month warranty.
2. All the orders are processed and dispatched within two working days. For customer's convenience, once the goods are sent the tracking number is provided.
3. We offer you 10 working days, in which you can cancel your order should you
not be completely satisfied. Please note, that for a return we can only accept products in their original packaging and in the condition they were delivered.
Unwanted orders will be collected subject to a £8 0 charge, to cover the
carrier's charges.
4.Customer support is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm via email
only. Due to large amount of orders and queries this is the most efficient way
to support each customer within one working day.

| For returns we can only accept products with their original packaging in the
condition they were delivered.
All returns must be notified to us within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
Unwanted orders will be collected subject to a L 80 charge to cover the
carrier's charges. If you are buying the item to use at a future date (e.g birthday gift) we
strongly recommend checking the item when you receive it that any problems
can be resolved within the return time period.
In the unlikely event of your item being delivered in a damaged condition or
some part missing please contact as via e-mail and we will assist you in sending replacement parts. Any damages need to be notified on a POD document at the time of delivery, so we can process with a claim against the courier. For health and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept used mattresses. By
used we mean mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging. If a refund is required buyer is liable for arranging return postage and
postage costs
