Made by Swedish maker Lindshammar, and designed by Christer Sjögren, from his 'Arkitektur-Glas' range. These slabs are smooth on one side and have subtle texturing to the other. Would make an excellent addition to any collection! They can be used as mini paperweights or incorporated in a larger arrangement to create a window panel or sculpture. The blocks themselves are hand-poured, using open-backed casting, which necessarily incorporates the foibles of hand-made glass processes - random bubbles, swirls and ripples - but present a smooth front surface. Condition: The glass blocks are in good condition with some age related wear/surface scuffing. Rainbow effects can be seen across the surfaces in different places. Please see photos.Size: Approximately 12cm in length x 3cm wide x 1.7cm deep Please see the other Lindshammar glass I have for sale - it was all bought together, came form a warehouse in Sweden and included some of the original decrepid packaging reflecting this. Collection is welcome if anyone would like a number of glass blocks. Colour: Brown, Brand: Lindshammar, Country/Region of Origin: Sweden
