Please note our express deliver option usually takes 2 working days By Royal Mail 48 Service  to a UK address (this excludes Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland). If nobody is at address at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt to deliver to a neighbour, where a calling card will be left advising the details of delivery. Please note that you must contact us via eBay message in the first instance of non-receipt of your order. We will be unable to assist if contacted after 14 working days of the order being placed. For same day dispatch, we need to receive the order by 4pm. If you select our express delivery option, and your UK order is placed and accepted before 4pm Monday to Friday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next 48 Hours provided the next 48 Hours is not a UK bank or public holiday. If you place an order after 4pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday then we aim to have the goods delivered the following Wednesday. Express delivery is not available for certain areas of the UK including the Highlands and the Channel Islands. If the delivery destination is located in an area where express delivery is not available, your order will be delivered as soon as possible. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
