REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Items can be returned to us, if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item price (this does not include postage) as long as they are in the original packaging.  All postage and packaging charges incurred by us or yourselves are non refundable.  On the very rare occasions that Royal Mail (or other courier) lose items, for an item to be established as "lost" we must wait 15 days (UK) and 30 days (International) from the despatch date, as replacement will then be sent out.
