An original 1902 Victorian map print of the Scottish county of Ruxhurgh. Lists local parishes. 121 years old. Includes Melrose, Kelso and Jedburgh. Ideal for framing.
Print Source: Handy Atlas of the Counties of Scotland, London, 1902.
Maps constructed by John Bartholomew, FRGS.
Condition: Excellent condition for its age. As the map was folded in the original atlas a slight fold mark can be seen but this is little noticed when matted and framed. The photos give a good indication of condition with some foxing evident. The map will be despatched folded along the original fold.
Size: Map is 8 7/8 inches x 7 1/4 inches; 22.5 cms x 18.3 cms and is sold unmatted (check map orientation).
Please note that this is an original antique map, not a reproduction or modern copy.
