Seller: jcow7434 (157) 100%, Location: Poole, Ships to: GB, Item: 283574175649 Mid Century Vintage Sofa / Seat parts by William Plunkett for Russell & Bromley I have for sale a number (x40+) of the aluminium legs from the WP01 sofas that were made by William Plunketts factory for one of their largest clients, shoe shop "Russell and Bromley" in the 1960s/1970s. They were sourced from Russell and Bromley and the sofas can still be seen in a few of the shops, that have not been refitted. These sofas were one of the first British modular designs. They are basically an upholstered foam roll on a wooden beam that has a captive nut. The legs are attached with a screw through the leg into the captive nut, these are the four roll sofa. Please see the pictures of some of the sofas that I have had upholstered. Two person sofas will need two legs, three person will require three. The width of the sofa is flexible, and can be adjusted when making the cross beam.I am only selling the legs, no soft furnishings or fixings. However I can give guidance on dimensions of the cross beam, foam and coverings. Condition of the legs is unrestored, they have been used in shops so they have scratches / marks in the aluminium, these could be polished out, but do not spoil the overall effect.I am happy to discuss a bulk price if you wish to purchase a large amount.Price quoted (20.00) is for one leg.Can be viewed in Poole. Happy to work with your courier for multiples, or prepared to post Parcelforce (12.00 for two). Material: Aluminium, Style: Mid Century, Original/Reproduction: Original
