The seating is L-shaped and there is a pull out bed underneath the sofa meaning that the mobile home is officially a 6 berth although I only take bookings for a maximum of 5 people as the sofa bed cannot really be described as a double. The lounge area is carpeted up to the kitchen area, where the flooring is vinyl. There is also a gas fire in the lounge. Both the gas fire and the hot water boiler have annual gas safety inspections and the safety certificate is on display at all times. Bedrooms:There are 2 bedrooms, a double and twin, where the 2 single beds can be attached together to form a double bed as an alternative. In both bedrooms there is plenty of storage. Pillows and duvets are provided and you can either bring your own linen or hire a set from the site office. There are electric heaters in both bedrooms. Bathrooms:In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower and hand basin, and for convenience, a separate toilet is located across the corridor. There is also a large screen TV in the bar showing Sky TV and a healthy selection of UK sport. The site is visited by its very own travelling circus in peak season, entry to which is payable on the night to the circus operator. You may also get the legendary moonlight swim activity during your visit. Moonlight swim has been risk assessed...and its risky! But the sight of hundreds of your fellow holidaymakers jumping in the swimming pool at 10 o'clock at night is one to behold, don't worry there's plenty of hot chocolate on sale at the bar once the ordeal is over! On site there is also a separately owned and operated petting zoo/animal park, Parc Animalier du Quinquis. The site also has lots of tournaments including football, scrabble and table tennis to name a few, you'll find loads to do on-site. Garden and outside:The caravan is located on perhaps the largest plot on the site and as its a corner plot, it offers ample car parking space. Outside the van there is a decked area, perfect for relaxing with the sun, a good book and a nice glass of red. We provide a charcoal and gas dual fuel BBQ for outdoor cooking. On the deck will be a 2.5m pop up gazebo frame, for a little protection from the sun you will need to put the gazebo canopy over the frame as we remove it each time we leave in case of high winds. Parking and garages:There is ample parking outside the mobile home and there is a small shrub area planted with sweet smelling lavender. As we are on a corner plot, we have perhaps the largest plot on the site. Visitor suitability:The caravan site and indeed the caravan is perfectly suited to couples and families. Please bear in mind that as there are 2 small steps up to the decking area, the mobile home is not wheelchair friendly. No smoking is allowed inside the caravan. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. Information about any additional facilities:There is a large outdoor swimming pool complex with a fun pool with island and small slide (and small paddling pool area) in addition to a rectangular pool and another separate babies paddling pool.
