The map centres on the disputed no man's land between Egypt and Tripoli (present day Libya) and extends from Alexandria, Egypt, westwards through Tubruq to Darnah in Libya. Interesting topographical annotations such as; "this fertile oasis produces corn, olives, grapes, dates &c. population about 6.000 of a mixed race of Arabs, Copts and Touariks" Fine condition.
