D'Ver of Bergenfield, NJ. The medal was previously owned.  The condition is essentially pristine.  The medal was probably only worn once if at all.  There is no wear.  The ribbon is pristine as well.  The original card of the manufacturer is still present.  The total length of the medal is 102 mm.  The width and length of the medallion are 36 mm and 42 mm.
