We do not produce in bulk, but "just in time" after a customer has completed the order.  

After receipt of the 15% deposit , please allow 4-8 weeks of production time - this is also the customary waiting time.

In the case of goods in stock (please inquire before completing the purchase), the goods can be picked up by appointment.  

 

 

At your request, we can deliver to your place of residence or another location of your choice, for this purpose we commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in original packaging with a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and telephone availability of the customer, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). The delivery costs are 149.00 GBP within Germany. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer). There are higher shipping costs, please inquire before buying. The delivery is carried out to customer's specified address. A two-men moving team available upon request.

 

Basically, we offer a collection of the goods, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of 0.00 GBP will be charged. Collection takes place by appointment only. After completing the order you will receive an email notification. You then only pay 15% deposit , as this is not a mass product.

 

The remaining amount is either transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email in good time when the goods arrive) or paid directly to the shipping company upon delivery (the customer pays the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least 45.00 GBP in this case ) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
