Shipping Details
You can collect the sofa yourself from our Warehouse between the hours of 09.30 - 17:30 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 - 16:00 on Sunday.
However, if you require a delivery then it can be arranged within 7-14 working days of purchase.
Please note we only deliver to England Mainland and Scotland as far North as Dundee. If you require delivery to other areas you can arrange a courier to collect the items from our warehouse.
The delivery charge is Free within 200 miles of our warehouse in B11 1BG.
Anything over 200 miles please ring our office for delivery cost.

We will give you 1 - 2 days advance notice by phone so please provide us with your best contact numbers. We use our two professional team members who are only insured to deliver the sofa to your door step. However, the delivery staff will happily place the items into a room of your choice on the ground floor only.
Important Notice: If you require delivery upstairs the drivers will charge an additional £20.00 this is a discretionary fee between you the customer and the drivers. This fee does not relate to the company.
THE DELIVERY CHARGE COVERS OUR DELIVERY/COLLECTION EXPENSES SO IF THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED OR DO NOT FIT THEN UNFORTUNATELY THE DELIVERY CHARGE CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

You can also call our office and pay over the phone via card.
Debit card incurs no extra charge, but if you paying with credit card there will be an extra charge of 2%
We now also offer a collection service from our Birmingham warehouse, call us beforehand
Additional InformationTerms & Conditions
1. We aim to provide you an excellent service. If for any reason a fault may occur with your purchase please contact us to arrange a repair/replacement for your purchase.
2. If in the case we must collect the item a charge of £60.00 (or the orignal delivery costs to you) will be payable to cover transport costs.
3. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered and that they will fit through and openings to the room of your choice. In the event a delivery takes place and our drivers cannot gain access to the desired room the purchase will be left at the front door.
4. Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse.
5. All items must be checked by the buyer so that you can check over the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note. Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note.
6. Our drivers are very careful, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods or any damage to the purchase on site.
There Are No Cancellations or Returns On Custom Made Sofas - If There Is A Fault We Will Repair or may Replace.
The manufacturer's warranty does not include the filling inside the sofa, with fibre filled cushions we recommend you to plump the cushions on a daily basis.
Cushions will go "saggy" - It's just how you use the sofa in your own home.
We are not responsible to change the filling of the sofa when it does go saggy, but these can be purchased at an extra cost to you. We may be able to offer foam filled seats, but depends which sofa you are buying, this will add a cost.
