Shows the sites of the battles of Stirling in 1297 and Bannockburn in 1314. Both battles resulted in Scottish victories over the English; the Scottish commander at Stirling was William Wallace and at Bannockburn it was Robert the Bruce. Also shown are what were modern railway lines at the time the map was drawn. Uncoloured. Printed area approx. 19.2. x 15.2 cm; reasonable margins. Good condition. Slight age toning and occasional faint spotting mainly in margins. Verso blank. Please look at images. Item will be posted by Royal Mail, "signed for".
