To ensure a prompt turn around we will require the IMEI number of the device which can be obtained by typing *#06# on your phones keypad, or it can be located by accessing settings, general, about, IMEI.

Unlock turnaround times are usually 1 - 3 Working days from submission, however on occasions this can be delayed up to 7 Working Days so please take this into account when placing an order with us, if you cannot wait please do not submit the order. This can occur due to a backlog with Servers however we endeavour to update and process this as quick as possible.
Once your phone is unlocked we will send you instructions to finalise the factory unlock

If for any reason the Unlock does not work, please send ‘Video Proof’ of you entering the Unlock Code, the device giving code error message and the IMEI displayed on the phone (dial *#06# for the IMEI) and email this along with your eBay username so we can review this and if required request a code check.
