Orders will be sent within 24 hours of purchase using a 1-2 working day service, excluding the weekend and bank holidays. Delivery to some postcodes, including Northern Ireland and outlying parts of the UK mainland, may take a further 2 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched with tracking details. In addition to this, you will receive a confirmation email the day your order is out for delivery.
Please note that we are unfortunately unable to pass any delivery instructions onto the courier, and that in most cases a signature will be required upon delivery.
ReturnsIn the event that you change your mind about your order and wish to return your frame for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event that a frame arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order please do let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will of course be more than happy to send a replacement to you.
