Handmade using High Quality Chunky, Treated Boards by our experienced wood workers who take pride in their attention to detail.

 The base is made from 25mm (1") thick all weather pressure treated wood, this is essential to ensure a long life of the planter. Be careful of sellers who use sub-standard material for the bases which will not stand the test of time as the base takes most of the weight and is in constant contact with soil & moisture.

 Planters stand on treated chunky feet to keep the trough off the floor.

Fitted with Nickel case corners for an attractive finish and extra durability

The base is pre-drilled for drainage




     Fully pressure treated for a long lasting finish.

Shipping

We use specialists couriers to dispatch our items based on weight and dimensions to ensure we can offer the cheapest prices to our customers whilst ensuring a speedy and careful service.

We aim to dispatch as soon as possible after order, please see each individual listing for the accurate and up to date dispatch and delivery time.

Returns

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item, or necessary proof, which will be decided at House of Timber's discretion. Such goods must be rejected within 5 working days of either collection or delivery.

In the event of a customer changing their mind or ordering the incorrect size, we are more than happy to accept returns for exchange or refund, but cannot refund any shipping costs in this scenario, as this is a cost that cannot be recovered.

We will also issue an invoice to cover the postage costs of the replacement item. For items with free delivery, we will still require the customer to cover the costs of shipping, and there will be a handling fee deducted from refunds to cover the P&P costs incurred. This cost is variable based on the shipping costs of the item in question.
