Don't forget about eBay ID! 5 . Wait for your proof to arrive, approve the proof, then sit back, relax and wait for your order to arrive! 

• All dimensions are shown in the format width x height

• Simple artwork is FREE! (we can do artwork from logo ready to use)

• We can convert your artwork/logo to vector for £20

• We will cancel your order if you do not provide a high-resolution logo

• Sample bag is random size/colour
• Silver, yellow, orange and other colours - 20% more from basic price.
• Please note! We usually need 5-10 working days for dispatch goods within after proof accepted. Please contact us before you buy. We will send you to estimated delivery time.
• Please note! we will try our best to match the closest possible colours. However, colours may not be 100% exactly the same because the colours vary slightly on different monitors.

Shipping Information

Many of our items have despatch times of two, seven, ten or more days and this is a guideline only and not guarantee.

THIS TIMESCALE IS FROM THE TIME OF ARTWORK APPROVAL AND NOT FROM WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER!

Please note that are working days as well. We do not work weekends. If there is a delay due to you supplying incorrect contact details or your artwork does not come through promptly, your order may be delayed and we are not liable for any inconvenience that this may cause. We will always try to hit your deadline.

Please check your emails regularly after placing an order with us. If you have not received a proof from us within 24 hours it may be that we do not have your correct email address or your spam filter has removed our email.

Returns Information

If there is any problem with your order please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

1. We do not accept any refunds of personalised products. Since our products cannot be re-sold once printed we will not accept returns for any reason other than a technical fault. Buyers should note that any errors in type or spelling are not covered under this policy. We will not take responsibility for, reprint or refund orders in the case that a design with errors contained has been submitted to us by the buyer.

2. If there is a technical fault with your print we will reprint free of charge or offer a full refund. We may need to see photographs of the problem, or you may have to ship the items back to us for inspection. We are sorry but as shipping costs are not retrievable we will not be able to refund shipping costs for your return.

PLEASE NOTE! Proof Colours on monitor screen will vary on printed product. Also if you send us your files without Panton Scale it can be varied on printed product.

3. You are obliged to pay the cost of production if you cancel your order (only if we started to produce your personalised product).
