This sale is for new bulbs produced by and purchased direct from Premier.

 

Common questions asked are will these bulbs fit my lights. These bulbs are made by Premier and are produced to fit only their light sets that state RF7 bulbs on their box or on the sticker around the cable near the mains plug/ transformer. If the bulbs in the picture do not look like yours and the information is different then they will probably not fit your set.

PLEASE NOTE: This a popular bulb that people buy wrongly, then rip the packet apart and then make a claim of "not as described" or "faulty". I am more than happy to refund UN-OPENED packs but please check your bulb size. Premier Do make 2 packs of bulbs that are very alike. I have included a picture of the two types to help all you people trying hard to find the right part.

Bulbs will be posted in a jiffy bag or other for larger orders.

 

I take a pride in my feedback as well as helping people to get old light running again. If you have any problems please just ask. I will always do my best to help resolve a problem or answer a question.

People can get desperate to get old light sets going as so they should as the tradition is worth the effort (yes I am a Christmas light lover and not just a sales man).

Communication times

I try to communicate and reply to e-mails within the day; sometimes detailed replies take in to the evening. Most find my communication quite quick and helpful. I do not operate with a mobile internet.

Postage

I advertise 1 working days to post out items, except on rare peak sales occasions all orders received by 2pm are posted the same day. The last week of November & first week of December often see 1st Class items taking 5 days to arrive.

All items will be carefully packed and posted out in a jiffy bag unless otherwise agreed. This postage is covered by the Royal Mail 1 st class insurance but will take from 2 to 4 weeks to receive a refund if a claim is made for a lost item. This is the Royal mail contract. If you require other insurance/ postal option a quote can be obtained from Royal Mail or other courier.

Please do not leave poor feedback for postage. The price and service is advertised.

Paypal, personal cheque (goods sent when cheque cleared), Postal order, collection in person and paying cash.

 

Returns

I do not accept returns unless the buyer pays postage costs as this item is described as it should be. If I receive your bulbs back I will issue a refund. The buyer will have to pay the postage both ways. I will only refund for the price of the goods. Any returned packs must be un-opened and in reasonable condition cosmetically. I can not re-sell an opened packet as new. Please check before opening.

I will be take responsibility and replace any broken or faulty items if a picture is provided.
