Faulty Items

If your item is damaged on receipt of delivery please take an image of the damaged product and notify us through the eBay messages. In the event of a damage please notify us within 30 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent out or full refund, including postage costs will be issued following receipt of the returned item and verification of the damage. Please use eBay messages to notify us that your item has developed a fault and start the returns process.

Incorrect Orders & Substitutes

In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies. Please contact us through eBay messages to request a refund.
