Seller: timerunner56 (726) 99.2%, Location: Bournemouth, Dorset, Ships to: GB & many other countries, Item: 291899081587 Details: Quality & Very Rare Torsion, 400 Day, Anniversary Clock!A top quality and very rare Torsion, 400 day, Anniversary clock thought to be German by 'P. Haas'? Many of this type of clock look similar, but this one is different as it has an extremely rare pendulum which is bimetallic brass and steel which helped it to keep time through out the summer and winter. This great quality piece is thought to date from between 1900-1920 (approximately). The clock looks complete but will need a new spring so not currently running, and probably hasn't run for quite some time. The steel work etc looks good and would clean up well if required. I am not an expert on this type of clock as there are so many different variations, so please study the photos and make sure before bidding. The dome does look good which is a bonus. This clock is sold as seen for restoration with no returns. A nice Torsion clock with an extremely rare pendulum, so is ideal for the experienced restorer and collector.Postal costs refer to UK mainland addressesHappy to answer any questions, either via message or phone ( 07761 432112 ) Terms and ConditionsAll my items are sold for restoration and consequently sold as seen without a guarantee.
