Description The Solid Brass Freestanding heavy duty bath standpipes have a fantastic chrome finish. Suitable for Freestanding bath shower mixer taps, these standpipes allow you to fit a Bath Shower Mixer Tap, or Bath Filler Tap over the edge of a Freestanding Bath which has no tap holes. The Stand Pipes are designed to conceal the pipe work leading up to the Bath or Bath Shower Mixer and do not serve any plumbing function. They also come with a 10 Year Warranty for peace of mind.

Delivery Feedback Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order and want to return it, you have a right under the Distance Selling regulations to cancel the contract for the purchase within a period of 30 days after the date of purchase. Please contact us, stating item number and buyer user ID via eBay messaging for a return authorisation.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the delivery date of the goods, or from the estimate delivery date if the goods have not arrived, and the delivery costs and safe return of these products must be at the customer’s expense via a trackable courier and within a reasonable time scale. During the time that the goods are within your posession, it is your responsibility to take care of the goods, and that they are in acceptable returning conditions. In the case of returning faulty goods, then we will meet the cost of the return. On their safe, undamaged return the items will be processed for a refund. If the goods are returned as unwanted or incorrectly ordered, a £10 administration fee will be imposed. (Shipping charges are none refundable). Providing the items have been returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging, all refunds are processed within 28 days. All refunds are debited from our account immediately but can still take up to 5 working days to show up in your account due to bank clearing processes. To organise a return you must first get authorisation from our customer service team and you can contact us by ebay message.

Please note, all goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse then this will void any warranty and goods will be returned to you with no refund or replacement issued.

We offer a money back guarantee within 30 days of the delivery date, if you find the product to be unsatisfactory, as well as a 10 year warrantee from the date of purchase, for faulty products only. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition maintenance of products, if needed, is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you have.

Bathroom Republic products come with a 10 year guarantee, except for bathroom fitting, shower heads, tap cartridges, shower valve cartridges and shower accessories e.g. Electrical goods, LED shower heads, hand held shower, hose and bracket which come with a 1 year guarantee and radiators which come with 15 years guarantee.

• *This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
• *This guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for public use, outdoors or in a corrosive environment.
• *This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
• *If the item is no longer sold by Bathroom Republic, Bathroom Republic will provide an appropriate replacement.
• It is Bathroom Republic that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.
