The abdominal station boasts a pair of 17CM long handles, 16.5CM in diameter with a 32CM x 5CM PVC cushion for elbow comfort. Wall plates with drill-holes are 25CM x 10 CM and must be attached side-by-side – use average shoulder width for measurement. Powder coated steel treated with special red oxide anti-rust formulation.
