RJ45 to BT431 is used to connect the phone line from a BT socket to a CAT5e CAT6 patch panel. Connected using 4 wires to allowing "Ringing on 3" if required.

RJ45 to RJ11 uses 4 wires straight through (Pins 1-4 RJ11 to Pins 3-6 RJ45)

BT 431a to BT431a also available for special uses (4 wires straight through)

Patch a standard BT 431a to RJ11  cabling patch panel / router / modem.
