Always replace you inlet filter elements when reconditioning your pump.

Please be mindful of anyone charging higher prices whilst telling you to beware of others or offering a lifetime warranty on a consumable part which naturally degrades and wears out when used. Clear or bright white cup seals are just plastic and melt, grey teflon seals are very abrasive and will wear out your metal cylinder liner prematurely, check out my pictures of damage and offending articles. A cheaper version of our cream coloured ptfe based oem seal is available but it is larger and does not fit within the cylinder liner correctly. Air compressors should be serviced periodically as pressure drops, this will help your compressor motor, thermal switch and other working parts really stand a chance of lasting a lifetime, or that of the vehicle at least.

IMPORTANT...
In most cases your range rover air suspension in EAS fault mode will only give a 'valve permanently closed' fault message due to low air pressure from the pump. It does not mean you need a new valve block!! Simply repair or replace your pump and clear the codes down. You should always start by checking your air compressor output. If your land rover specialist has not done this then they should not be working on your vehicle :0) ....
A damaged liner will destroy your new seal. Pistons with bearing play will destroy your seal and liner. Constant running of the pump due to air leaks or electronic faults will destroy your reconditioned pump. Your pump should only run when you raise the vehicle taking air from the receiver (tank)
If you have air leaks (vehicle sinks down over night) get them fixed to protect your repaired pump. Scratches on pipe ends to springs or the valve block following incorrect pipe removal will also drain the system. Old air springs? Cracked? Perished? Brittle? Change them.. Always perform drop/lift tests and pump run time tests after completing any EAS work on your vehicle. It's simple and may prevent you from having to repair your pump again.
REALLY IMPORTANT.........
Take care, look out for the dreaded white powder in the eas system which sticks the diaphragm closed (or open) and blocks the airflow pathways and chambers in your valve block. You won't find any mention of replacing or servicing it in your books or manuals though one technical bulletin was released in the late nineties advising replacement under service at 60,000 miles or six years if white powder visible.... it was expected to last the lifetime of the vehicle :0)
Some air dryers even collapse firing silica gel straight through the block destroying it completely.
Most P38's are still running around on their original dryer (see the 2 number year code on the lid in the little circle) ...
The air dryer is a ticking time bomb on any air suspension system and should never be ignored !!
Our ntc9812 kit contains top quality automotive vacuum packed desiccant (not grip seal silica) and we provide full o ring set with new pads too. Simply screw off the lid and replace in the same order as it comes out.
