PLEASE NOTE:Ropes naturally contain the occasional loose thread, & thread ends may appear during usage at the rope joint or clip knot,
these may be easily tucked into the weave of the rope & under normal usage will not effect the ropes integrity.
These do not constitute a fault or manufacturing defect.
USAGE FOR DOGS
Although these lead ropes are suitable for usage with dogs, particularly large &/or strong animals, they are NOT "dog leads".
They are primarily designed for EQUESTRIAN usage, and therefore do NOT have loop handles.
If extra grip is required a loop or knot may be tied, although this will shorten the usable length, and will render the item ineligible for return.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
As per our published returns policy: Due to the nature of this product, returns are only accepted in the unopened state they were dispatched in, there will be a restocking/handling fee of 20%, or an amount equal to, but not exceeding, the original shipping cost, whichever is the larger.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we are happy to help arrange Return Shipping should it be required.
