• Pay directly using a Credit/Debit card with no additional charges . For security reasons it is recommended to exchange card details over the phone and not e-mail. Please email us your telephone numbers and we will call you for your card details. Note: we can only deliver to the address which the credit/debit card is registered to and will also require scanned copies of address proof.

• Pay with a Personal/Bankers cheque. Order will only be processed/despatched after clearance of funds, which takes a minimum of 5 working days. Postal address etc will be supplied at the check out stage.

We at BOSSWALL want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for whatever reason you wish to return your item(s) all we ask is that you send it back to us within 14 days after the day of delivery in original and resalable condition and we will then refund you in full less the delivery cost. Please email us first for returns instructions should you wish to exercise this option. 

If your item(s) are delivered damaged or something is missing, please ensure that this is mentioned on the driver's delivery note and also please email us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange for the collection and delivery of replacements at our expense or if it’s a small package, we may ask you to send it to us and we will then refund you the postage cost. Please note that we cannot entertain such claims if the courier has obtained a clean signature and 24 hours after delivery have elapsed since we will have no comeback on our couriers, therefore please ensure that all items are thoroughly checked over for even the slightest damage.
