All of our products are compliant with UKFR regulations and undergo ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standard inspections to ensure the quality and finish of our products are to the highest level. All items unless highlighted otherwise, are dispatched using a 24 hour delivery service and are delivered next working day (if ordered before 1pm). There can however be exceptions where parcels are delayed due to using third party couriers, and deliveries to surcharge postcode areas may take longer.

Please ensure somebody is in to sign for the delivery and if you are unsure of a delivery date or require a particular delivery date, then please message us and we will assist you. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific times for delivery and deliveries take place between 8am – 6pm.

Please note that our free delivery is only to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. For delivery to the Highlands and Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, please contact us for a price as there are surcharges for these delivery locations. For deliveries to flats/apartments, please note our couriers are unable to take items up levels and can only deliver to the front of the property.

Launched in 2015 by Monty and Dan at the age of 17, Furniturebox is an expanding online furniture business dedicated to beautiful, quality and affordable products backed up with exceptional customer service. Something that the two founders believe is responsible for the company's fast growth.

Monty had already seen success selling online when the idea for selling furniture such as dining sets online struck. "I was talking to a friend about how everything was moving online except furniture which was still very much bricks and mortar." Monty says, "I wanted to apply the same principles of selling online, such as fast and free delivery and affordability, to furniture. I started looking for products and asked Dan if he wanted to join me for a year before going to University to see how it goes."

Five years later, no University degrees and thousands of customer orders…the two haven't looked back.

DELIVERY

All items, unless highlighted otherwise, are dispatched with a 24 hour delivery service and are usually delivered next day, however, there can be exceptions where parcels are delayed. Next day delivery is for working business days Monday to Friday. Deliveries to surcharge postcodes may take a bit longer. Please ensure somebody is in to take the delivery on the day, if unsure of delivery day please message us. Although, we will not be able to give you a specific time.

Please note that free delivery is only to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. For delivery to the Highland and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly please message us as there are surcharges for these delivery locations.

RETURNS

If for whatever reason the item arrives damaged we will arrange collection of this and a replacement will be sent out. Any damage on an item must be bought to our attention within 3 days of receipt. Returns are accepted within 14days of receiving your order, however the buyer is responsible for the return. Postage and restocking charges will be deducted from the refund.
