All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, we try to ship all items on the same day of ordering if ordered before 2pm. We only ship via tracked delivery methods. Standard delivery is usually within 3 days of shipping, but you can upgrade to next day delivery for £8.95 per item. PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to the UK. For some addresses in the UK we may require additional carriage fees. This will apply if you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or any Islands. Please feel free to contact us before buying for an accurate shipping quote. If you are in an additional carriage area and order an item from us we will email you to confirm the additional charge and give you payment options.

If you wish to return your item to us you are welcome to within 14 days of purchasing the item. Please get in touch before returning the item so we can issue you a returns number. We will only refund the item once we have received it back and inspected it (please allow 1 working day upon receipt for us to inspect any items). I f your item is faulty and you wish to make a claim under warranty, please get in touch directly and we will advise you, as the warranty process is different for each manufacturer.

Please pay within 24 hours of buying to avoid an automatic unpaid item case being opened. We accept Paypal, Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfer (funds must be cleared before we ship) and Cash on Collection (by appointment only).

Please check all items on delivery for any signs of damage/missing parts. Any damages must be reported to us within 24hours of receipt of goods, otherwise you may forfeit your right to return the item to us as we will not be able to claim off our couriers. If the item is damaged please tell the driver and ensure you are signing for it as damaged. If unsure, refuse the delivery. If you sign for the item as "in good condition" you may be liable for any damage.

All items include VAT. Where "Free Delivery" is offered, we may need additional postage funds for certain addresses. You must purchase before 2pm to be eligible for next day delivery. If you have paid for or are expecting next day delivery we recommend you to call us to confirm as there can often be a delay of us getting the order once you click "buy".

Factory supplied images are for illustration purposes only. We attempt to supply an image of the actual condition of every item where possible.

If buying electrical goods such as welders and compressors please ensure you have the correct power supply. Any damage caused to items run on the wrong power supply will be classed as a chargeable repair and won't be covered under warranty. Any return carriage costs due to inadequate power supply will be chargeable to the customer. If you are unsure about a power supply please get in touch BEFORE buying.
