Delivery Details: We offer FREE delivery to mainland UK, however additional charges may apply for deliveries outside this area, please contact us for a quote before purchasing. If you are not happy with the delivery cost we quote for these areas, you are welcome to arrange your own delivery service or collect from our warehouse.  Depending on which item(s) you purchase your item(s) may arrive by courier as a package or on a pallet. If your item(s) is delivered on a pallet please be aware that this is a kerbside delivery and it will be your responsibility to dispose of the pallet. If you have any problems with pallet deliveries please contact us prior to placing your order so we can find an alternative solution.

Returns Policy: Please make time to check your purchased item(s) carefully before signing to accept a delivery. If you notice your item(s) to be damaged or faulty after delivery please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) and we will correct this as soon as possible at no cost to yourselves. Alternatively the damaged or faulty item(s) can be returned to us for a full refund. Please ensure all items that are to be returned are properly packed in the packaging they originally came in. Any item(s) that are returned to us in inadequate packaging which then suffers damage during transportation will not be refunded. Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund provided the item is in the same condition as it was when originally sold. We will not guarantee any of our items if inappropriate cleaning products have been used on them and / or they have been used outdoors unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Prior to Ordering: All our listings are as accurate as possible when showing the finishes on the items, however due to the wide differences in the resolution and colour balances on different computer screens and hand held devices, some colour variations are possible. Please note that different batches of furniture may also have slight variations in colour including finishes of the paint, leather and wood. This is something that is outside of our control and we therefore cannot offer an exchange or refund for that. To determine the exact colour of a finish or material we suggest that you examine the product in person prior to ordering. As wood and genuine leather are natural products they are subject to change if exposed to substantial variations in temperature and humidity. For example when chairs upholstered in leather are situated in places with direct sunlight such as conservatories this will likely have an adverse effect on the finish of the leather. Therefore we will not guarantee furniture if placed in such environments. 

Maintenance: Furniture in particular will experience wear and tear over time due to the extensive use it receives and this is perfectly normal and to be expected. Please contact a member of staff if you would like any further information on how to care for your specific item of furniture.
