At Morgans Trade we thrive on providing a sustainable approach to all our packaging solutions. We believe that packaging should not only be effective but it should focus on going GREEN . Due to this, we only use 100% biodegradable materials to package our products in, commonly known as Eco Flo.
Eco Flo is The UK's No. 1 loose fill made from gm free starch which is 100% biodegradable. Unlike all other loose fills on the market, Eco Flo is compostable (EN13432) and independently proven to offer better all round protection than polystyrene loose fill.
When packed, the odourless, white Eco Flo chips form an impenetrable barrier around the product, which prevents it from migrating to the bottom of the carton.
The chips surrounding the product provide high-level shock and impact protection for your goods, which eliminates breakages.

When we book our courier to collect the item, they will need the customer to return the item in its original packaging. Delivery Information 1) When will my item arrive? We dispatch all of our items within 24 hours of the order being received. We endeavour to deliver within 3-5 working days, 2) Will I have to be at home all day? All deliveries are made from 8am to 6pm. Please leave us your email address and contact number, this will allow us to contact you and let you know what day your delivery will be made and also provide you with a two hour time slot. 3) What happens if I’m not in when the delivery arrives? The courier will make three attempts to deliver the product. After the third attempt the product will be returned to us. The courier charges £15 for any undelivered items. Please note this will be deducted from your refund. 4) Can I get a delivery on a Saturday? Yes you can arrange to have your product delivered on a Saturday at no extra cost. 5) Can a damaged or faulty item be collected on a Saturday? All collections are Monday to Friday only. 6) Can I change the delivery address after ordering the item? In order to provide our goods with the best, secured delivery possible, we only send items to the registered address of the card used. All PayPal and Credit Card orders MUST be sent to the billing address only. 7) Can I arrange a delivery time? Our couriers operate all over the country and due to the nature of the products they deliver, delays can occur. As a result of this, we are unable to offer a time of delivery. However, if you email us with a request, we will try our utmost to get back to you with a timeslot. 8) If we have agreed an exchange, will the same courier driver drop off the new item and pick up the old one at the same time? The courier drivers have complicated routes that are worked out by their companies at the beginning of each delivery run. These delivery runs have to be completed in full before anything can be picked up. It is most likely that your new item will be delivered at a different time and by a different driver than the collection of the unwanted item. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, images and descriptions of our products that appear in the store. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to issue you a full refund. As mentioned above, please ensure the goods are returned to us unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for any delivery costs incurred in sending the items back to us. We suggest using a recorded service when returning goods as proof of postage does not constitute proof of receipt.
Should you wish to return any items you believe are defective, have been damaged in transit or have been incorrectly supplied then please follow the procedure as outlined above, letting us know whether you require a refund or a replacement item. Any necessary inspection of the items will be carried out upon receipt and any refund due will be processed thereafter.
