It allows you to target every muscle group not just with one or two exercises but several with ease. If you're concerned a Home Gym can't stack up to a commercial one, rest easy. This Smith Machine is great for advanced lifters but perfectly adaptable for beginners. The Smith Machine guides your movements until you're comfortable lifting with free weights, and as the cage is compatible with a 7-ft Olympic Barbell, it gives you plenty of exercise options!

• a smith bar incorporates a secure hook-up system with 9 positions, and adjustable safety stops to prevent the bar from descending any further. you can then perform various powerful strength training workouts securely without the need for a spotter; rotate your wrist slightly to hook the bar safety.

• the multi-pulley-system come with a compelling load capacity of 90 kg. a pair of independent swivelling pulley at the top can be used together for cable cross or independently with any of the included gym accessories. you then have a low pulley station at the bottom, which is excellent to use with all the attachments too or with the included footplate for seated rows; and finally, a pec dec / butterfly station for chest definition.
• a weight bench with a complete leg developer allows you to strengthen major lower body muscle groups, such as Hamstrings & Quadriceps. The bench is fully adjustable through the full range of angles. It offers a safe and customizable training experience: tilt the Back Pad flat and sit at the bottom of the bench against the Cage Pack Pad to use the Pectoral Butterfly Arms. Or move your body forward, and you're ready to use the Smith Bar for Bench Chest Press or the Swivelling High Pulleys for High Pulley Cable Crunch. You can also pull the bench out of the cage to use it with dumbbells (not incl.), for example, or access to the Smith Cage for Squats or High Pulley Chest Fly’s too.

• The FRAME is heavy 14-gauge steel tubing: 2" x 2.75" and 2" x 2" square tubing allowing to hold up to 270 kg on the bench (user incl.) and 135 kg / 300 lbs on the cage. A durable Powder-coating paint finish is then applied to protect the framework for years. A PULLUPS BAR, certified for a maximum user of 135 kg, is incorporated into the Cage Frame with an internal width of 114 cm, leaving plenty of space and allowing wider grip exercises to attack all angles of your muscles.
• All the upholstery shows a boxed construction with high-quality faux-leather & high-density foam, with a fully adjustable extra-thick backrest (5" / 6.35 cm thick) through a full range of angles from -18° to 71°.
• Steel aircraft cables rated at 2,000 lbs and 4" sealed bearing pulleys for a smoother feel are the main components of the pulley system, allowing a staggering 90 kg load capacity on the rear load sliding tray, feeding with a force of 90 kg each of the 3 cable stations.
• Smith Bar ultra glide sealed bushing running on 1" steel chrome-plated guide rods.
• Barbell holders and safety stops are adjustable to 9 heights with a capacity of 135 kg and are wrapped around the frame for enhanced durability.

PALLETWAYS/PALLETFORCE LARGE ITEM DELIVERTY

Your item will be shipped using Palletways/Palletforce and can take around 3-5 working days to arrive. You will be contacted by Palletways to arrange a suitable delivery date.  Deliveries take place Monday – Friday only.

The delivery will be to the kerbside of your property only and the driver will not be able to remove your item from the pallet.  Please note the delivery will only take place within the estimated time frame if the courier can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

The item is sold with 2 years warranty from date of purchase.
