To the right is a store area which is approximately 6’ x 8’. This was used as dog kennel now a wood store. Joined on to this is a tool store workshop. This is approximately 8’ x 9’. It has a roller shutter door. This contains work bench and some tools. To the right is a shaded area used for dining. Looking out from this is a gravelled area which has a trampoline on it. This is used as a day bed and sun bed. Left of trampoline is a shaded area. This is tucked under the trees for chilling. The whole compound is fenced with double entry gates as we had dogs. The whole fenced area is the size of two tennis courts. Out of the gates and look right is a parking area. This has a roller shuttered storage shed. It’s also the home of the camper. The camper: it’s a horse box with full size shower, flushing WC, cooker microwave. It can sleep four and more. It has its own generator. What was the horse area is now a massive bedroom and store and when you drop the ramp it becomes a deck. The whole area is rustic land but lends itself to development. I would have loved to do this but eye sight has meant I will soon not be able to drive. This is in an area that a car is required but it is ten minute walk from large local village.
