I bought the land, and had the Villa built 10 Years ago. Because of circumstances I only lived in the villa for 1 month. I have recently decided to Rent /Sell, because the villa has been empty for a long time, someone recently broke in and trashed the place.Mostly cosmetic damage. I need someone who is looking to either re locate to Spain, or would like to buy this fantastic villa, cos over £260,000 to build. What I propose is two things, make me an offer to buy. or rent for 12 months for a peppercorn rent of £200 a month. YES £200 a month. Help me get it back to scratch. After 12 months you can make an offer, less what you have paid in rent. Or carry on renting for a further 12 months at a slightly higher rental. I would be happy if you wanted to rent it to holiday makers, and become caretaker giving you an income RENTAL £850 a week for a villa this size. The electric and water should be connected at any time now, at that point there would be no reason it could not be habitable, all be it you would need to sort cooker and appliances out. most of the damage is cosmetic, who ever is breaking in, is stripping the place bit at a time, I was over last week and secured it yet again, but I really need it to be occupied ASAP. so if your thinking this may be for you by summer july , Aug 2019 that would be too late for me, latest I want someone in is end April , May at the latest. Deal is this person who takes it on has to put the villa into a state that makes it back to a home, Kitchen cleaned up cooker re fitted. bedrooms cleaned Door repaired and so on I think the best thing to do is take a look for yourself I will sort out front door key and address and interested parties need to go and take a look. 12 months rent of £2500 up front with a £1000 refundable deposit, so basically your getting 12 months for what it would cost to rent a villa of this size for a month. You would be responsible for services water, electric, rates. I would get a contract drawn up, and at the end we can renew at a slightly higher rent, or you could buy at market price, less what you have paid in rent, less a 10% good will gesture. Anything you have to spend i.e skip to get rid of rubbish parts for cooker, pipes or brackets, stuff that they have broken I will pay for. Pool I will help sort out to get it up and running , you maintain at your cost once its usable, cleaning , chemicals ect.
