Monumental Antique 8-Bell Musical Bracket Clock By Peerless Gilt Bronze Accents
Monumentally massive bracket clock with fine finished walnut case decorated with gilt bronze applied accents throughout. The dial features fine silvered chapter rings with 3 small dials for the chime shutoff, speed adjustments, and chime selection.
Inside is a stunning 8-day triple chime spring driven movement by Peerless (Mathias Bäuerle) a fine German company. The movement features chimes on 8 polished cupped bells or 5 coiled flat gongs. Each has a beautiful tone and sound!
