The MEGA 2560 Board can be powered via the USB connection or with an external power supply. The power source is selected automatically.
The ATmega2560 has 256 KB of flash memory for storing code (of which 8 KB is used for the bootloader), 8 KB of SRAM and 4 KB of EEPROM (which can be read and written with the EEPROM library).
The MEGA 2560 Board for Arduino comes preburned with a bootloader that allows you to upload new code to it without the use of an external hardware programmer. It communicates using the original STK500 protocol (reference, C header files).

AT2560 Expansion Shield
The TFT01 the LCD is operating at 3.3V, this can not be directly used in the standard Arduino motherboard on top, so in order to make the TFT01 the LCD is compatible with the Arduino on the motherboard used in the standard, designed this section of TFT Shield, can be directly inserted in the Arduino on the motherboard use the TFT01 the LCD module.
TFT01LCD currently can support 8 and 16-bit mode, but use the SD card interface and touch screen interface, accounted for 8 of the IO, but they can only use one set of interfaces in the same time, option is to use the SD cardor touch screen interface to select 10 Pin (D_CS / SD_CS).
