  On offer here is a very large antique late 19th to early 20th-century glass table top match striker.

  This is a superb large antique English glass threaded match striker and vesta holder. The piece is carefully crafted from high-quality glass that is durable and long lasting. This example has the threaded or ribbed design running across the sides, this means you would take the match out of the top and strike it on the side of the globe/striker. The polished pontil mark has age related surface wear.

  This is a large example, it measures at approx. 6.5cm tall with a diameter of approx. 7.5cm.

  The condition is good no chips or cracks.

  A great collectable piece.
