Shipping Policy

All deliveries will be made to the ebay address associated with the order. Please make sure this is correct before making your payment. Please also make sure your phone number is up to date on ebay. If an address is supplied that isn't correct and missing information which leads to a failled delivery we will have to charge a re posting fee, so please make sure all information is 100% right.

Standard delivery is 2nd class, but you can upgrade to 1st Class Royal Mail or a 24hr Courier Service. The advert you are looking at will state which of these services are available. Unfortunately due to the weight of some items we cannot always offer all delivery services.

We will do all we can to get your order dispatched the same day, but we cannot guarantee this. All Courier orders received by 1PM will be dispatched same day and sent on a next working day delivery service. Surcharges will apply for some locations (this will be detailed in the advert), next working day delivery does not apply to some postcodes and this wil also be detailed in the adverts.

We are closed Saturdays & Sundays, so no dispatches will take place on these days. We are also closed on bank holidays. Its is with regret that we are unable to allow customer collections. You are more than welcome to collect from our premises during our opening hours if you wish.

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via Ebay messaging to get authorisation for return. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item for any reason then please contact us via Ebay messaging and we will endeavour to solve any problem. Please be kind enough not to just leave negative feedback without any form of consultation.

We will try to resolve any issues promptly and fairly to keep all our customers happy. Items will not be refunded if they are returned damaged or part used so please check all orders before starting to use it. Items returned because of failure to deliver due to incorrect address or non collection from the sorting office will not be resent free of charge.

We do not refund any postage costs in the case of unwanted items for example ordering the incorrect item. Any item returned for whatever reason must be accompanied by your Ebay ID and reason for return so we can match up when received at our offices.
