COSTA ADEJE SOUTH TENERIFE, 5 minutes from the harbour and beach

This is a  lovely  apartment with  panoramic mountain and sea  views from the sunny private terrace and just 20 yards from the pool.  Whilst  being a quite complex you are right on the doorstep of a  plethora  of bars and restaurants and only a short  stroll  from the harbour and beaches.

We have two apartments very close together which can accommodate 10 people. – a large ground floor one bedroom and a large ground floor duplex two bedroom. Both right on the pool.  This is a unique opportunity for 2 families to holiday together. See our other items.

LOCATION INFORMATION

The apartment is close to San Eugenio, Playa Fanabe and the up-market area of Del Duque with its excellent beaches, restaurants, chill-out bars and designer boutiques, all within 10 mins walk or less. Extremely popular and convenient location - the apartments are situated in south Tenerife in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, just a short walk from center of Playa de Las Americas, and a 5 min walk to the beach or harbour. Tenerife South Airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi or bus, (which stops at the complex every 30 minutes). There are many local attractions within a minute or two, restaurants and nightlife. 5 minutes taxi from Tenerife's new Siam Park. Just a 5 minute walk to Fanabe Beach or the local harbour and 2 minutes, (200m) from the new Commercial Center Gran Sur, with  large hypermarket, shops, hairdressers, world cuisine restaurants, Cinemas and even a MacDonald's restaurant! The complex itself is extremely peaceful. Step outside and you are right in the hustle and bustle of a thriving resort with dozens of pubs, restaurants and shops. The complex resembles a Spanish-style pueblo, (village) a low-level complex and many apartments with gardens and beautiful plants including palms, bougainvillea's and tropical plants. There are 5 pools including children's pool and cascades and waterfalls flowing throughout the complex. THE APARTMENT This is an original and large one bedroom ground floor apartment - not a converted from a cramped studio like others you may see. The accommodation comprises a large bedroom with choice of king size or 2 x 90 luxury singles, American kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer, ample range of cups, glasses, crockery, and cutlery . The living- dining room has a double bed settee, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD player, table and chairs. Patio doors lead onto the balcony which enjoys stunning mountain views and an evening sunset sea view from our patio path. THE OUTSIDE We have two large terraces, the inner one benefits from shade in the extreme heat and the outer one, basking in sunshine, has fantastic views of the mountains, the sea, La Gomera and a superb sea sunset view. The community gardens, only 3 meters opposite offer tranquillity and an open aspect you would find difficult to match in this area. BEDS The bed configuration is as follows:

• In the bedroom, we offer two luxury 90cm single beds or king size bed option.
• In the large lounge there is a double sofa bed. There is also a single bed which pulls out from under the sofa bed. This is only suitable for a small adult or child.

On booking this apartment the owner and managers could not have been more helpful. Andy and Tony responded quickly to any questions which helped with the whole booking experience and the stay there. Myself and my partner stayed here for a week. As we don't spend a great deal of time in apartments or hotels this was ideal for what we wanted. The apartment itself was situated in a good place especially for access to the main area through the bottom gate. There was everything you needed to make the stay comfortable although not having air-conditioning was an issue especially for my partner, this however would not stop us staying again.  The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. Bars either side of us depending on where you want to be. This was great as we visit Costa Adeje every year and have our favourite haunts which were close by. I cannot comment on the pools etc as we did not use them however walking through the complex it looked clean and well maintained. I would recommend this apartment to anyone whatever their preferences are from a holiday. Cath D 

Great location, very child friendly complex.

Great location well serviced by local buses. Lots to do and see nearby. Some lovely restaurants on the doorstep (Monte Cristo & Delhi Darbar). The complex was clean & quiet and our 8-year-old son loved the numerous swimming pools. We'll be back! Aisling D

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Mare Verde in Tenerife and just can't wait to go back! . The kids loved the pools, and the location is absolutely perfect. The apartment we stayed in was equipped with everything you would need for self-catering holiday With fantastic views from the garden of either the sea or the mountains. Just perfect !! Mandy T
