THESE ARE NOT UK BOOKS.

Plates were simply changed at the beginning or end of many print-runs to accommodate export to the UK.

It wasn't always consistent which is why many Marvel 'cents' copies were exported to the UK also, and, like all DC books in the late 50s and 60s, were simply price stamped on arrival here.
