Most of our items include free UK delivery to most of the UK Mainland. There is a delivery surcharge to some Scottish mainland postcodes along with Scottish Islands, Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO30-41), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Isles (GY & JE) & Republic of Ireland. In most cases once payment is cleared we will dispatch your item(s) the same or next working day. Items are normally dispatched by courier using a next working day (Monday to Friday) service from dispatch with parcel tracking information normally supplied through eBay. If this is a standard flange or swan neck towbar and your vehicle has reversing sensors please check to make sure that the towbar/towball will not interfere with them prior to purchase as you may require a detachable towbar

This is because sometimes it is the case (although extremely rare) that despite years of sales history with no recorded issues we occasionally encounter a particular vehicle that for whatever reason will pick up the sensors. This can be a pure anomaly and a specific issue allied to that particular vehicle with the other 99.9 per cent of vehicles not being affected.

With this in mind it is only possible for us to offer 100 per cent assurance that rear parking sensors will not be affected by selecting a detachable towbar option.

If logged into Ebay any delivery surcharge and longer delivery time for certain areas of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands will be shown. Normally we will despatch your order the same or next working day. With items that are despatched with a courier to most of the UK mainland (excluding some parts of Scotland) then it would be on a next working day service, however we do recommend that you allow at least two working days as towbars are large and heavy items that have to be manually sorted by the couriers. We will pass any phone number or email address to the courier and they may send delivery updates to you.

With many smaller items we offer free economy delivery by Royal Mail 48, while the Royal Mail has a "delivery aim" of two to three working days for this service I'm afraid as it is in with the general post some items may take longer. On many of these smaller items we do offer an express delivery option by courier for an extra charge.

Once items have left us delivery is in the hands of the courier and we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays in providing a goods or services with the advertised time frame nor any costs incurred to the buyer as a result of this. Please note that at peak periods such as Black Friday, Bank Holidays and around Christmas we do see more delays then normal.

If this is a standard flange or swan neck towbar and your vehicle has reversing sensors then please be aware that while most fixed towbars are designed to ensure they are not picked up by original equipment reversing sensors there are some vehicles where it is likely that the towbar will be picked up, please contact us if you wish to check. Even if there is no record of any problems with previous models of your vehicle it could still be a problem as a one off on your specific vehicle, for this reason we can unfortunately never give a 100 per guarantee on this. If this is an issue then the towbar manufacturers recommend that a detachable towbar is fitted instead of a fixed towbar.
